He takes pride in building strong relationships with his patients and believes that great dentistry starts with listening and understanding each individual’s needs. Whether providing routine care or more advanced treatment. Dr. Weiss strives to make every visit a positive and stress-free experience.
Outside the office, Dr. Weiss enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in his church, and fishing whenever he gets the chance.

Business Assistant
Taylor is a business assistant at Oak Hill Dental Group, where she has been part of the team since 2023. She received her dental training through hands-on experience in the office, learning daily through teamwork, communication, and a strong commitment to personal growth. In her role, Taylor supports both patients and providers by helping the day run smoothly and ensuring patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from start to finish.
Taylor’s favorite part of working in dentistry is being part of a team that works together to create a positive experience for every patient. She values the fast-paced, supportive environment and takes pride in contributing to an organized, efficient office.
She chose the dental field because she wanted to be in a profession that helps people feel healthier, more confident, and more comfortable. Taylor enjoys knowing her work plays a meaningful role in both patient care and overall well-being.
Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, shopping, and being around her animals. A unique part of her life is that her family participates in dirt track racing. A fun fact many people don’t know about her is that she is an only child.

Ashley is a dedicated dental assistant at Oak Hill Dental Group, bringing a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. She began her dental career in 2014 and joined Oak Hill in October 2022.
Ashley completed her training at the Concorde Career Institute and is skilled in chairside support, radiographs, instrument sterilization, and assisting with a wide range of dental procedures. She prioritizes patient comfort and clear communication, ensuring every visit is as positive and stress-free as possible.
Ashley was drawn to the dental field by her passion for healthcare and her desire to help patients feel confident in their smiles while supporting their overall well-being. She values being part of a collaborative, supportive team that encourages growth and excellence in care.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys staying active and focuses on personal growth and wellness, making time for activities that energize both body and mind.
